Well, this is the west end of the old PRR yard in E.St. Louis, a short streach before reaching Willows Tower and the connection to the TRRA and the old passenger main to old Q Tower interlocking. I will have to check east of Control Point Rose Lake to see if it is joint rail. Train is on yard lead, then #2 main and closest is #1 main.
